I do agree with 186609. Noble energy will be a notorious history in several years.

It's no so much that they have to lay people off it's more the way that they do it. Smugly they send people out the door as if it is their fault that this company stinks. Managers all keep their jobs and rank and file employees are shown the door. The managers are the one's who have managed this company into the crapper. They have created a toxic atmosphere at Noble. Now more loyal Noble employees will be gone in favor of the Rosetta employees. These managers have ruined the Noble Energy name... I doubt they will ever fully recover from this. At one time they were admired as one of the good companies in the oil & gas sector. No more. People on the outside see what is happening at Noble... most of their (Noble) employees are trying to leave. When things recover people are going to remember how quickly Noble sent their loyal employees out the door at the very bottom of the market. I don't know anyone who wants to work for Noble.
