Oh and here's the kicker they can work a split shift in the hub to get their 8 hours but at half of their driver pay AND they aren't allowed to take another job! After barely keeping our heads above water the last 6 months, Well, now those guys are back to driving (started late august) but ONCE AGAIN are being told to be expecting to be laid off after the first off the year. I would never recommend working for this company. The pay is good but they don't care about their employees. At all. My husband and I both worked 2 jobs before he started driving. And now, when they can't afford to let him keep driving, he isn't "allowed" to take a second job. Just in case they might need him to drive for 1 day here or there. And if he does take another job and can't drive when they call then it's considered job abandonment and they would fire him completely from driving. Heartless and crooked people run this company.
