I hear that we might have some kind of reorganization in early 2016 and that some folks in Richardson may lose jobs. You never know what will happen but at the same time a ton of weird things are happening, senior folks shifting positions and for whatever reason I heard that one of the most important and seniors folks will be retiring soon, maybe it's not all random and they are really trying to cook something up. This would not be the first time State Farm has layoffs so at this point in time nothing would really surprise me.

With the reorg at State Farm going on it's quite clear that customer service has gotten terrible. The suits in Bloomington are clueless and/or don't care. Employees are worried about their futures at the Farm and rightly so. And, nepotism is a disease at the Farm. It's true that many people who are far more qualified than someone's relative, get passed up for the new positions that are opening in some offices. I heard a long-time employee say tha they've seen many reorgs at the Farm but this is the first time that the executives seem to be showing that they don't care about the employees.
