There will only be idiot managers left after the next round in Q1. They have laid off all of the experienced employees. Retirement benefits are a joke. I have been paying RMA since I was 40 but now I was laid off and missed the cutoff by only 6 months. Retirement insurance is almost $700/month instead of $150. Well played SLB!

I was a contract designer for a year. Left work yesterday got a call about 30 minutes later from my staffing agency telling me I was released. No one at schlumberger said a word they just worked by butt till the last minute, then had the staffing agency do the dirty work. I still have my personal belongings in my desk... Merry Christmas to me....
