Well layoff day is here - Let's see how much of that transparency is true and how much is usual and documented Gulfstream bullshit. Let's see how many perm employees are replaced by worthless f---ing HCL contractors. Let's see how many Docker wearing worthless middle managers keep their jobs because they are sucking the right dicks. Let's see just how illegal, violating both OWBA and WARN this layoff is since apparently Gulfstream HR and Legal have no f---ing clue what they are doing. Let's see just how many honest, hardworking, loyal and trustworthy employees get ass f---ed by this ridiculous monstrosity called Griefstream. Want to save some $? Stop playing f---ing monopoly and putting up multiple new buildings each year. Stop paying salaried perm employees overtime you stupid redneck company. Stop paying IT contractors time and a half and then, not monitoring and verifying the hours they bill. I know personally one contractor making over $100 per hour who billed 60 hours every week+ for two years. Rarely did this worthless bum work more than 35. His manager was informed of the issue and said he did not feel it was necessary to babysit the employees. There you have it - Griefstream at its best. Mind blowing stupidity is Griefstream's primary product. Followed closely by middle management blow job sludge.

I can guarantee you that all HCL employees get chinese overtime, no time and a half, and most the time they are not paid for even half the time they work. You are spot on about worthless management, and those guys pull in big bucks and bonuses just to do sh--. We lost a solid 20 million in IT from them just not listening to what their IT people told them, over and over and over.
I worked there for 18 years and was laidoff all due to the corrupt, unethical mafia management structure. They tried so desperately "coaching" us to vote that it is one of the best places to work. Really? There is corruption from the very top down. Complete mismanagement of the company. How come GD doesn't replace pathetic upper management who run this place into the ground? Who was watching the store before they found out they were 2 BILLION dollars in debt and had to have a knee jerk reaction and lay off all these dedicated folks? Sold all my stock as I have no confidence in the next line of products coming out. They will perform just as bad as the G650. Company is a complete joke. Don't miss it and moving on. Good luck to all my former co-workers who were also let go by the corrupt HR dept. that is so concerned about diversity and inclusion and forgot why they were there to begin with.
I got laid off today. 8 years with the company. But new to the position I was in. I unfortunately agree with the rampant mismanagement. It is unfortunate. My heart goes out to any fellow employees let go. The timing could not be worse. Keep your heads up. There has to be a better life ahead!
