Ok so management has pumped an astronomical sum of money into technology and we STILL can't get it right…with online sales growth stumbling far below expectations and the cyber Monday disruption translating into HUGE loss of sales - when do the losses outweigh any so-called gains? When does TTS get moved out to Accenture or some other company that can actually, finally get it right? When does TTS become Target Canada? How long can this organization keep throwing good money after bad? Because as of January 2016, Target Technology is gearing up to do business as if were competing in 2002. Target, retail's DeLorean.

Lol, because outsourcing worked so well the first time we did it. Why do you think things are such a mess right now? It will take years to undo the disastrous train wreck from BJ's regime.
