HEY GUYS DID YOU KNOW RACISM STILL EXISTS, JUST ASK REGINA AND DANNY AT THE ARABELLA STORE, THEY POSTED A PICTURE OF A BLACK FORMER TEAM MEMBER BY THE TIME CLOCK WHO HAD THREATEN A TEAM LEADER WHO IS ALSO BLACK, BUT WHEN SHANNON TEAM LEADER IN WHOLE BODY WHO IS WHITE WAS THREATEN WITH TEXTS FROM A ANGRY FORMER WHITE TEAM MEMBER WHO SHE RECENTLY FIRED. THERE WAS NO POST AND THEY TRIED TO KEEP IT HUSH HUSH, NOW TELL ME WHERE IS ALL THE CORE VALUES AND TEAM MEMBER HAPPINESS WHEN ITS ALL OVER THE STORE AS A RACIAL THING. ITS SO SAD REGINA WEST NEED TO BE ELIMINATED AND SO SHOULD DANNY.

Danny is a perv. That entire store is full of nepotism - and if you're not in the best friends brigade you're out of luck. Worked there for over a year and saw good TLs get canned and idiots get promoted. PBS there is competent but shady as hell. Good luck getting anywhere with an investigation in that store.
I actually see the poster's point, although the all-caps thing is annoying. It's just another example of inconsistent management. Serious threats should be reported to the police and a standardized report prepared for review if someone wants to see it. And of course this should be handled consistently in a non-discriminatory way. You make a serious threat, you're reported. What's probably happening at that store is a pattern of overall discrimination. Focus on the big issues: hiring, pay, promotions, equal opportunity. On those things the company has a long way to go to ensure that everyone gets fair consideration. Then again, it's really just re-arranging seating on the Hindenburg.
