It is a company that offer a lot of opportunities for the right profiles, but is not a good working environment. I believe that is why glassdoor reviews are so upbeat

that is why it is necessary to change this trend to negative.
Glassdoor reviews are surprisingly positive. Some people genuinely appreciate the working environment of no accountability and managment pleasing regardless whether what they do is relevant or not to the business. Good for them, but it's not very good to work in a place where everybody is scared of their own voice....
The naive newbies will be the only ones still working here.
