Sad as I walk around our office and see how almost all technical resources in our area have been replaced by onshore/offshore from TCS or Infosys. My management now refers to technical resources as a commodity. And they typically roll over ever few years so we constantly lose huge amounts of experience and knowledge.
Someday I suspect there will be little left here but a few local managers and PM's handling offshore development.
The entire system right, wrong and a simple quarter end review is all out of alignment and falsely misrepresented without holding to ethics and common sense. This bank was the contributor to the housing collapse and it is not a surprise they have destroyed the Human Resource structure, job hiring and retention structure for everyone. What’s that, everyone does it, yes the entire system is all messed up for everyone. Let us teach our children how to lie in school to keep up with the system.
