Lost the corporation millions of dollars, and are being sued by the shareholders to recoup the money. What a bunch of arrogant, incompetent buffoons. Defamation is making a false claim, an opinion is something entirely different. The fascism is strong in this corporation. #WFMteammember

Thanks EUJAB6W-gtx, for looking out for a fellow TM. I feel like if Pat's so heated that he wants to waste a lot of his money/time on a random disgruntled TM like me, then well he needs to fill his time with more productive activities. He is the president of an entire region. To be so butt-hurt over an anonymous post on a website dedicated to lay-offs (that he didn't seem so emotional about at all), says to me that perhaps he isn't equipped for a job that entails HONEST FEEDBACK.
Thanks again though. I do appreciate you and everyone else on this site who wanted this company to come back from the edge, and are now grieving having watched it flail right over the cliff anyways.
I am @EUJAB6W-gtx - I just said that it's sensitive. I am not saying they can do anything to you, but they can certainly go after you. For example they can sue you for defamation, that'd be the first step. They may not win but they can sue you, he can sue you, whatever. It's not fun, that's all what I am saying. Then your name is on the docket, it's on the web, etc. etc. It's just pain in the f---ing ass. That's what I am saying. So, posting from Starbucks actually helps. OK...
