There are no contracts that can keep hydril and nhr going. Cuts are no doubt going to happen. With $30 a barrell no company is going to buy new technologies.

Just Houston? Wonder if there will be other locations? I know that my buyer isn't local anymore, my new buyer is in Mexico. It's has been awfully quiet round the facility with promises that we will have a big job come January. IDK
