While it is sad to see anyone go, it is about darn time that France had to contribute to the headcouht cuts at last. Other locations have had to make up the headcount that was protected by their government. This will not be the last round there. If certain managers get there way, they will close the facility which does not require as much approval.
We at SRPC shouldn't complain. We get 1.5year bonus plus a year paid. Plus placement. Life's good! On my way for a juicy paid vacation. Merci SLB
If It was not for the Union, these people would have been gone at q2.
