Good time to short the stock probably make some money on that. I'm sure someone will be buying the puts. Good time to dump stock before it goes to $5.
Austrailia giving the merger grief, so is Brazil. Europe won't issue a decision until early January.
Doesn't matter if the U.S. privately approves of this deal or not, the U.S. will veto the merger to save face, while preventing some developing country from the glory of vetoing the deal.
