Cigna Severance Agreement - Unfair ? or Designed so one will not sign it ?

Did you know that the severance agreement I got had a provision amounting to life-time indentured servitude as well a provision requiring affirming that I had no claims - which is different than releasing claims. So I would have had to sell myself into slavery and be a liar. I did not sign. Anyone else know anything about that ?

Yep and the latest trick is to rebadge unwanted senior to a consulting firm where you soon get laid with no benefits. Whatever they can get away with. It all needs to be challenged in court to change. A few are starting to challenge. Look at the 401k fee lawsuit they lost with a class action suit. Don't ever assume they treat employees like they profess for customers.
