Yearly Performance Bonus

Does anyone know if you have to be employed at the time bonuses are paid out or if you just had to be employed on December 31st to get your annual performance bonus?

CHK isn't done. It's going to have to shed more of the AKM lovers and the keep people that didn't borrow and bleed the company to $11 billion in debt. A leaner cleaner CHK will prevail and sadly have to work their ass off in order to pay for the sins of the prior incompetent.
