Pertaining to Nov Willis facility ( R&M Energy Systems). It was clear what had happened there and most competent workers will agree. It was a hostile take over plain and simple. R&M had the technology that Nov wanted and in this day in age if you can't beat them, buy them. This facility was the only facility globally to make ERTS, a line of stator and rotors that were top of the line. After this buyout, Nov brought in a bunch of their cronies who knew nothing about what some of these guys had been doing for 30 plus years and thought they could make changes to in processes! Needless to say anyone who worked there and had experience in the field would tell you these new "engineers" were retarded. On top of multiple failed attempts to recreate a process that did not need to be fixed they brought in or influenced management to overwork and underpay us blue collar workers. This on top of running our outdated machines into the ground by not letting maintanence fix them properly alongside with asking for more parts then our dilapidated machines could produce, help management pretend like we weren't doing our job. Ultimately they ran our shop into the ground after getting the technology they wanted from R&M. But don't worry cause we sent the work overseas to countries that work for pennies on the US dollar. Sad to see capitalism working towards killing the little man. It's a shame that I wasted so much time there.

NOV made it very clear to UAW International office they had no desire to talk to anyone about trying to save the R&M cavity pump line they only wanted it for profit.
NO ONE CUT THROATS BETTER THAN NOV CORPORATE OFFICE HELL MY MANAGER TAUGHT ME WELL. HECK HOW DO YOU THINK SHE MADE IT FROM WORKING AT NOV MANUFACTURING FACILITY TO MANAGER AT CORPORATE RECENTLY? SURE WASNT CAUSE SHE WAS COMPETENT OR INTELLIGENT CAUSE SHE FAR FROM THAT AND SHE UGLY AS HELL.
