soon it will 90% trainees in MSO. If u are PL and asked to submit H1B nomination papers u may be walking into trap of 5.5 lakh bond for one year with no hike in salary in annual appraisal. (as per mgmt. policy more trainees means more bonus for DD's and DM and high work load for PLs)
Zero chance of H1 B approval for this company employees as even previously approved ones are not allowed to travel and stamping rejected.(by deliberately giving wrong documents while sending to visa stamping)
This is trap laid to present PL's are retained till trainees get up to speed in the one year period as the visa process drags on and then PLs will be dumped on bench to save cost and the bond will not allow to resign when good opportunity comes.
