Plenty of managers with nothing to do left at SHTC Stonehouse.
Sadly as already mentioned in this posting lots of good people with a strong technical background and years of experience and knowledge have already lost their jobs, why do these useless individuals remain untouched ?.
Approving time sheets and taking the maintenance mng bs, that's all wht a manager do. I heard Alaska cuts all team leads and supervisors positions. Only one supervisor to report to mnt mng per hitch.
New transformation.
Too many so called managers not doing anything substantial. Counting hours or revenue. Gone are the days we need them.
Too many chiefs. Not enough Indians.
Losing people with decades of real technical expertise this go round. This will be difficult to recover from. They are destroying the technical ability to develop new services for years to come.
