Got a job offer today and going to resign tomorrow... thank you xmas miracle! Now can I redo my survey and be a little more honest about what I really think?

I'm kind of tired of giving feedback that is ignored. This has been going on for years.
I did it, and it felt good to tell the truth even if nobody listens
At this point what more can they do to make life worse?
Be honest and fill out the survey.
Jeez! Don't fill the thing out if you don't want to fill it out. Declining to participate because you fear retribution is terrible. They're asking you for you opinion. If you have one, offer it. If you they're big enough ass holes to fire you over answering a question they asked, why do you come to work?
Just do the survey. Why not? They need us more than we need them right now. Also the US jobs report is showing darn good prospects if you decide to check out new opps elsewhere. Follett needs to wake up. Tell them by doing the survey. Then resign and take your knowledge with you.
According to a field source, I heard the turnout was so low on the 'Follett Voice' said individual demanded everyone -had- to do it.
How about this? Morale is low because you layed off all of the good associates who actually did the work, and replaced them with jerks.
There is a unique password assigned to each employee. They know who you are because you can start it now and finish it later. Why take the risk.
Current management simply does not understand why employee morale is abysmally low in spite of all their self sacrificing efforts that have saved this company. Employees dwwo not trust management therefore the participation rate will be very low. As a result, management will coerce compliance to complete the survey. Employees do not believe that the survey is confidential and will not be truthful because they fear retaliation.
What does it say when a company has to hire a third party to tell them what is going on under their own roof.
The third party will likely use the results and issue a report telling management that they need that 3rd party's consulting services to help reorg and "adjust" salaries and benefits. They'll claim that it will fix the problems found, in the survey. Management has nothing to worry about, of course, because the consulting firms fees will be paid for by cutting jobs, salaries and benefits. The execs who sign off will look like their addressing problems and get bonuses.
Follett needs to go away. Perhaps a more progressive company who understands their client base and treats employees better will by them. WalMart, PLEASE improve moral!
They can't share names, but, what about ID numbers?? Will the results be 'transparent' for all associates or 'team players' to see? Just another waste of money.
Trust these folks? Eikes
The survey is being conducted by a 3rd party. They cannot share the recipient names with Follett. Be honest, let them know facts. Let them know the truth.
Don't see any point in filling it out. Not only will it not do any good, answering truthfully exposes me to the risk of retaliation.
Yeah sure, secret survey. Not gonna complete it. I would be out the door the next day if I answered truthfully.
