I am a contractor and I am useless.
Most contractors are useless and they milk it while they can. They have a horrendous turnover rate
I am a contractor, and this makes no sense. We do jobs that employees do not want to do, we work more and when you calculate everything we do not get paid more than the regular full time guy. You have a very distorted view of how contracting works. We are always the first ones to go when it comes to layoffs.
