You have to wonder why the Follett family lets this continue. Saving money by outsourcing only makes sense if the consultants produce something useful. All they've done is produce junk, no matter what SS claims.
SS calls everything TCS/Infosys do a success. But look at the facts....ORPOS....Retalon.......eFollett. How about those strategic partnerships with Oracle and IBM. All they are doing is draining funds from actual work at Follett. Glad I am gone.
Slap something together, push it out and call it a success. That's the new Follett way.
