65 percent of NHR employees will be moving to the 300 acre facility GE purchased in 2nd quarter 15' close to the Woodlands. They are getting rid of tubulars and are looking at selling the Subsea Wellhead division to Cameron. The remaining 35 percent of people will be transferred within GE or laid off if they can't find a home.
Announcement will be near the end of Q1 with all of this happening by Q4 16'. I was told that the person that leases NHR tripled the lease price and pretty much told GE to place the light bulb up their anus.
