Hmmm - How can "We" do this if we've been replaced with robotic h1B's and new hires? I was released this month and was VERY relieved because I'd been under assault by my younger team members for several years. There wasn't anyone else in my area let-go just the "OLD" guy. It really is a 1 dog - 1 bone cut throat environment that involves constant fighting. You can't talk to anyone without the fear that what you say will be mis-construed. It really is a totally unproductive situation. It took all that I had to bite my lip and suck-up to these ruthless minions.
