Clearly they want to cinch down the feedback; no subtlety or nuance, no essay questions at the end. Example: Do I think Target cares about Diversity? Well they sure do talk a good game. But you ask the question in such a way that all I can say is Don't Know. Talk is cheap (well perhaps the talk at TGT is expensive) but real, concrete, tangible change is needed to give a unequivocal Agree or Disagree. In my area there is a ton of talk but no action has been taken to 'Transform'. thus all the answers are "don't know" or "don't care".

If they need another survey to understand how toxic the culture is, they clearly aren't paying attention.
I loved the privacy notice, Target does not have any way of knowing who you are when taking this survey. Our third party only has the info of who you are. Of course we will use the info provided to us, but we don't know who answered what on the survey you took on Target's computer where we can track every keystroke you take.
