I just checked my Principal Financial account and my CHK 401K has been withdrawn. Did they move to a new company? I never received any type of notification.

Not uncommon for NO notification to be given. The largest oilfield service company had mismanagers that were very good at not telling people about such things.

Saudi Arabia withdrew it to pay its bills.
Fidelity is the company. They've been sending emails several times and it's discussed on the transitions website in the FAQs
