Hi Andi/Navneet,
I had no other option but to write this email to you both. I have been a victim of a conspiracy by a very respected senior HR Manager - Shalini Natarajan who headed an investigation against me. I know whom i am complaining about & am not speaking something in air.
This is a very serious & sensitive issue & am looking forward to your response & resolution. I work in GWS.
I accuse Shalini the head of the investigation on the below:
Wrongly fixing me under Sexual Harassment case, for a girl whom i don't know accusing me of staring .
Signing on behalf of me ( Forging) on the Legal Conduct Action Plan Document
Misuse of power & position & defaming me without any evidence.
Manipulating facts on the Conductive Action Plan document , they are completely different from the initial statements & discussions.
Instigating girls in my team against me.
Responsible for this confidential information being leaked & spread all over.
Not responding to my grievances (Mental Trauma) since more than one month & ignoring my words.
Not considering my witness in this case
Snooping on me through various channels
Victimizing me & running a personal vendetta & this could be because i had challenged the annual review score.
