Normally we get expenses reimbursed very quickly but as of the last few weeks they have been in a holding pattern and they aren't being approved. Any opinion why this may be??? Show me the money!

Perhaps a bit of a cash flow problem. I wouldn't necessarily see it as a harbinger of things to come. Would you?
