Here is L3 RSU by each grade level. L2 (Exceeding expectation) is 1.5 times of L3 (outstanding) and L1 is 2 times of L3. Never received L4 and L5 in my career so no idea. But assume it should be other way around as L2 and L1.

5 --> 170

6 --> 260

7 --> 390

8 --> 580

9 --> 870

10 --> don't know as I never reached this grade level and left Intel and working for Apple now.

I hope above information helps.

Grade 6 is just slightly above a new college grad's pay grade. So, do not be surprised if your salary is similar to theirs.

Many managers in Intel judge others action or questions with bad intention, this is why Intel is going down, lost trust.

@157820: Great answer! One of the best posts in this whole Intel forum.....especially the part about it absolutely being part of their right to complain when the company changes the rules on them. @157786: I hope you are not a manager!!

OP is an Ahole. He believes that he will only get good advice from racists, so he had to mention that he is not Indian or Chinese. What a dick!

@157735: No idea on grade 6, ask you manager or search circuit about the counts granted. The value is easier to explain, simply multiply the count vested every year, subtract about 40% for taxes (taxed as wages) and myltiply by current stock price. The stock price varies with the market, i.e. while low performer BK is at the helm the value of RSUs drops every year. Then they lay you off and steal the RSUs back.

@157786: Must be one of the recent URM hires. Questions like that aren't asked by experienced people, they know! And yes they are absolutely in their right to complain when the company changes the rules on them. If you are just half as smart as you're arrogant you'd realize this when/if you grow up.

You get what you get, so DO NOT complain after you have already taken the job. That is one of the thing I hate most about long time Intel folks I work with.
