Well said friend . lost interest in working. Will also enjoy time , what's the use in working above and beyond while layers enjoy as usual and earning free money with out any work. Fed up with this system. Truly speaking HQ do not bother about our situation as they relay on TI leadership but our leaders are fraud so we are screwed.
Lot of comedy at TI because leadership is not sharing engineering manager role description as they knew technical folks will spit on layers. Shame on TI leadership promoting and misrepresenting layers and sales people as SME to HQ team.
TI leadership do not want talent. They need servants to salute them in the morning, servents to invite them for dinner at high end restaurants with gifts etc only those servants will be taken care by leadership. Real talented people will not do these tricks. No ethics in TI leaders. Unless HQ kick these fraud leadership. TI culture will not change. What a joke of transformation and new roles and TI leadership. I can show entire bunch of delivery managers now engineering managers. What if I prove that the same roles will be managed by admin assistants. Because entire work is being done by technical people at TI. Layers exist with different titles now. What a pity....
Agree ...all the FFF managers of the past are Engineering Managers now...They barely know anything about technology or engineering...come from Arts or History background...
