Unless you are LMG and above at Target you do not share in the success of initiatives. That is where bonus payouts start. Why give any extra...pay is not more than anywhere else...you can leave whenever Target asks more than they are willing to pay for. Basic economics, don't think Target has upperhand. pay increases for doing good job non existent.

What the hell is a "bonus"? Pretty sure they said that times are tough and money is tight...or does that financial hardship only apply to some of us?
