Anonymous157128 they moved from NASDAQ to OTC. They are a public company. OTC just stopped trading their stock. That is what happens just before a company declares bankruptcy. They are about to declare bankruptcy just like Corinthian.

Correct Confused, they were delisted a while ago and are not publicly traded. They were delisted for not provided financials.
