We need to urgently lay off additional 10,000 people and make sure we use that cash flow for stock buybacks. Unless we make such a drastic move, there will be no available stock for executive distribution (we'll be a few billion short), executives will become disgruntled and leave in droves. This will in turn result in a massive loss of talent that we otherwise need in order to continue to be leaders in the filed. Steve, please act now.

It is more like executioners, not executives
QCOM would be lucky if the so-called "executive talent" left in droves! Not only a savings in stock handouts, but salary and benefits! Best of all, if they leave, no GTFO packages!
