Why did Intel create so many layer of management level? I noticed that this manager is sooooooooo micromanage to her co workers many years in the past and if her co worker did not reply to her email then she retaliated them with low expectation on the review.....Come on Intel Get rid of these managers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OMG please. Micromanagers are the WORST! They actually make me slow down my speed on their requests. I'm sure I'm not the only one. it's like... ANYTHING is more important than your request. It's not a good way of managing people if you want to get good (and speedy) work out of them. You may THINK it is, but it's not. It's human nature to pull back in these sorts of sitautions and not salute and break a sweat to "please" your manager. WTFE.
Uh, she has a cu nt. Intel won't lay her off. She has the free get out of layoff card.
