Pandora's box is open, there's no way back, qcom is not going to be the same after this, the execs have f***ed up big time. The lack of productivity from the teams staying is going to be epic, you must have already noticed the drop in e-mail traffic. It is the end of late/weekend working, what for? For some RSU's and then get the GTFO package before they vest? They'll save a billion but productivity will go down by the same, they must be strongly retarded to do this. I am so lucky to have been made redundant I can't thank them enough, a few years gone from my mortgage with that package, today I feel like if I won the lottery. It would've been crap having to resign and go with no money after quite a few years. You just made my day qualcomm execs!
