On the same day a few weeks ago that over 300 team members were let go a GL at the Woodbury FC was caught facilitating the theft of lighting fixtures. Was she fired? No.
Proves that all it takes is friends in HR. So sorry to all those who did their jobs well and are gone and this BS is ignored!
Do you really think that "friends in HR" can give someone license to steal? You give HR way to much credit. They don't have that much power.
No need to apologize to those who are gone, most of us are enjoying life outside the "big red hole"! Interesting Target will end "take charge of education" program and focus on wellness, does anyone see the irony? The whole 100% agile seems to need some "education" behind it as they don't seem to know what the heck they are doing, as for wellness ...those who remain are going to need a whole lot of help staying well in this turbulent time
The issues are never handled by management. Take responsibility management! Team members tolerate others unhealthy coices.
