Can some one show me how to become VP, DIR who doing nothing with the big paycheck and a job security. I know it's probably kiss asses but HOW? I keep wondering how to become one of them? Have you ever though about it sometime? I know you do. I don't care what other say as ling as I can become one of them. Sound fair?

It is very clear from last ISP that do pure engineering work will be on layoff list one way or another. You need avoid engineering work as much as you can and do more talking work and meetings all day long. Lots of people are not VP or director. As long as avoiding pure engineering work, you are fine, find a way to improve your communication skill. It is number one skill needed working in Intel.
I just mentioned about 'asking' for it.
However, I do want to point out that being a Director/VP may seem like an obvious path you want to take, it most likely won't be what you thought it will be once you become one. If you are so ambitious and just has to become a director/VP as they get paid more for less 'work' than actual 'engineers', go ahead and get there by asking your way to become one.
Based on my own experience and through observation, the amount of stress level that comes with management responsibilities isn't worth the extra money or control of your resources. There is a reason why so many executives look so much older than their age after awhile. Just look at all the US presidents as a proof that they take enormous amount of stress.
If you want peaceful longevity in life, take it slow and enjoy what you do and have. Engineering salary is good enough to for you to save and buy things you need and sometimes 'want'.
My last suggestion for those who wants to become a directors and VPs within corporate world is to quit and do something on your own. Whether it is through part time or full, the results you created through your own hard work and smart thinking outweighs way more than within a corporate world.
I've heard/read that if you are a man in this earth, you must do these while living: get married (success or failure doesn't matter :) ) become a father *become an entrepreneur. These things will help a man grow and learn how to 'live' while you are not 'dead'.

I would suggest to 'ask' for it whenever you have the opportunity.
Asking for promotion and give your next up manager to help you by asking what you need to be promoted and then demand it when you've accomplished it.
The biggest flaws I've noticed with lot of engineers is that they don't really know 'how to ask'.
Instead, they 'believe' that their manager will just take care of them when they work 'hard'.
During your next review or now, ask your manager to help you get promoted by setting goals that will get you promoted.
Don't set goals just to 'improve'. Managers will try to set goals for you to benefit them more than you do.
You need to dictate the goals that gets you 'promoted'.
Do these to get promoted few times and you will definitely get promoted a lot faster.
Of course you know that YOU yourself has to have certain personalities and possible some skills to be able to get the job you want.
But for you to get ahead a little faster, just 'ask' for it.

Become a diversity employee and it will be very easy to move up the ladder. This may mean getting a sex change, getting a spray tan to become black/hispanic, etc.
