The only unknown remains the date of the other layoff wave. September 9th got leaked for over 1 month ago. It almost feels more nerve wrecking to be a "survivor" of the first batch, wondering when's the next one between now and December. Tic-toc, tic-toc...

get to "work" what work? if there was true directional leadership and a demarcation of the "plan" to the rank and file so that we knew what we were working to achieve.
the rhetoric and disingenuous "all hand" meetings are filled with so much double speak and buzz words the only thing that comes through is... Work hard work long, take less pay we dont have the money to operate, OH and happy day we took your $$ and jobs so that we can buy other companies that should keep the company's bottom line flat in the near term. The acquired companies pay batter so we have top budget for that because in order to complete the merger, we had to nut up 400million more that the company value....
the layoff will only offset @ 115M this year.... so do you think this is the last layoff?
