@150156 no what I said was a few bad seeds in comparison to an entire conference room, which would obviously have good employees lumped into that many people. And just so you know, conference rooms full of people were let go in 2013. And I'm not saying everyone let go is a bad seed, but if you're the only one in your dept, then...

It's very unfortunate that you believe everyone in 2013 was a "bad seed". That is ridiculous and certainly false.

Having said that I would hope that you do not find yourself in any layoff because you will then be forced to understand. May not want to be so judgemental and pious.

You guys they're probably going on already. You just don't know about them. I've heard of a few scattered throughout the entire company. Just focus on your jobs and then maybe it won't be a conference room layoff and just the bad seeds.

Still have to conduct randoms to get rid of all the roid ragers at the FC before the layoffs can start.

Back in the day it was a Tuesday due to payroll. That changed up earlier this year so any day is fair game. When I worked elsewhere I would fire employees on a Friday. It gave them the weekend to cool off and plan for job hunting, filing unemployment etc come Monday.

According to The Professor, whether it's today, or next week, the Black Knight will take care of us.
