Wondered why the 09/09 date was picked awhile ago; heartless how it's a day before a significant analyst event at the Citi Technology Conference where Seagate is presenting.

like it has nothing to do with the 10million they burnt on Jaimie Lerner, and the 690M they spent for Dot Hill, RIIIIGHT?
Fully expect them to announce with pride the opex savings by restructuring, completely ignoring the lives they're affecting.
They are afraid that the stock will tank if they do not announce it (as profits are down)
