I've been a frequent critic of TGT and TTS leadership on this site. I somehow survived the layoffs and l have a new role. You have two months to get the team organized and working efficiently or else I will call you out in this public forum (and others)...names named and failures documented for all to see forever.

I hope that means you'll be actively trying to figure things out over the next 2 months instead of being the pain-in-the-ass whiner you've otherwise proven to be. And that you'll have the balls (or gender appropriate equivalent) to include your own name (and outline of your personal actions taken to make a change). Otherwise your petty, self-serving, childish, bitter whining will only continue to be seen for the truth of being petty, self-serving, childish and bitter. If you can't help your team the problem might not be with the team.
Talking about current PG 19 and above...plenty of LMG that are individual contributors that are problem makers.
