Have layoffs been announced for overseas operations such as in Costa Rica?

Agree. ....And then HP will work out a contract with some cheap vendor and subcontract the work (and the workforce). Similar to Ciber deal. It will happen, we can wait for it to happen or start jumping ship before it happens.
That's my understanding as well, CR will continue to be the focus and should expand
They are closing some of its operations in Panama, but not Costa Rica... As far as I know they want Costa Rica to be the main Global Delivery Center for the Americas Region, there might be some WFR but dont think massive layoffs like the US.
