Layoffs ARE coming (Date unknown). HR will notify management 2 hours before as to not cause an uproar and keep the rumors at bay.

10 minutes, not 15.

When you get an email notification to be in a conference room in 15 minutes, you will know your time is up.

Management already knows when and who are going. Next two weeks so be prepared.
