New job secured before end of employment

Does anyone know what happens if we are lucky enough to land a job before our "end of employment" date?

  • any impact to severance package?

End of employment means nothing from severance perspective. You are officially done with Tgt. Even if you get a new job next day you still get to keep the amount. Enjoy.

Clarification - Already laid off, with end of employment date 60 days out. What happens if you land a job before 60 day timeframe?

I read that wrong. I thought you were already "gone". If you're still there I think you get nothing.
