It is clear that everyone in leadership below VP/ Director level had no input into TTS transformation decisions or new organization structure. KMG are having a real problem explaining new roles and have no idea how they are going to implement Agile and Devoooops. Ayeeeee

Agile methodology will not save this ship. It is only a methodology. PEOPLE make the difference.
Management by magazine article is not a strategy.
What does it say about the KMG and maybe some DMG level leaders that MM and VPs could not trust them to help with decisions and went it alone. Fearful of the future.
there is no longer something called KMG.... Target is moving away from the KMG culture.. I hated KMG culture all along for the last 5 years with Target...
Get out of KMG mindset and wind up remaining KMG's
