There are high-hopes and expectations that between MM and some Thought Leaders (-gag-) TTS's transformation will spark meaningful change that will trickle down or radiate out and heal what ails Target's mojo as it also solves expense problems on the balance sheet. It's early but can you share some preliminary reactions?

A new meaning for TRANSFORMATION; Fire at will South Side and Hire to Fire North Side. End of the day, Show the progress YELLOW trending GREEN with SHARE HOLDERS ready to smile all the way. Finally the goal of each and every company is to MAKE MONEY.
The claims that we implemented self checkout in about 5 weeks are flowing. Guess the fact that work started 5 years ago does not matter. Since project only turned agile recently
Original goals of transformation are happening. Do less with less. Basically same amount of work or less is being done. Stores are executing the same or worse. But it all costs less. Which raises stock price and fattens wallets of executives and shareholders that don't care about what happens to target are the next 2 to 3 years.
Plan is working.
The transformation is going as planned. Just left one of the stores. it looks like transformation means don't stock the shelves and leave a lot of pallets in the main aisle four hours before closing.
Man, you should've seen all the work that we got done today, now that we are fully transformed! We are firing on all cylinders.
I only wish they would've thought of this transformation thing sooner.
Transformed or not, I will only buy Market Pantry sandwiches and items in Clearance when at Target. And maybe, just maybe, get a free cookie with the help of a kid!
Well, whatever mojo Target hopes to acquire better be something not seen so far, because Amazon is building but another fulfillment center, this time in our back yard (Shakopee, MN). Not sure Target will survive this next era.
I know new job title, but that is it...business as usual for now.
About as well as the supply chain is keeping the shelves stocked.
