like many things in life, this wasn't perfect. I saw a lot of people who should have stayed but who left yesterday. I saw a lot of folks today I wish weren't here. that said, I also saw people who are among the most painful to work with and for heading out the door, and saw people I can't wait to work with still here. compared to past reorganizations, I saw significant mixing of skills, people and talent with idiots being balanced out with geniuses. is it perfect? no. but if it met my definition of perfect, it would still be the wrong solution for target because like everyone else here my breadth of understanding of all aspects of what needs to be done to right our ship is limited by what I know and is knowable.
