Honeywell Aero ISC Florida. We were informed by "Management" two weeks ago that there were to be layoffs of 12 or fewer and the action would be complete by August 30. Going into the weekend, those that were left were confident in there continued employment. Unfortunately, Dedicated team members are still being walk out the door on a regular basis. "Reduction in Work Force" it called. How about the tenured failed to do there job for the customers and now do to poor ratings have to let people go. Don't see "Management" be reduced. Old school thing and way of doing "business". Good ones get let go and the long term slackers are left.....business as usual....
