Get a court order and threaten "thelayoff.com", use the liberal California courts to force "thelayoff" to give me IP and MAC, then go after any and all I can by abusing your first amendment rights using the liberal court system.
Remember folks, even if Intel uses a California court to get a subpoena, it's your local laws that apply...not Intel California laws. If you are an Intel employee, you are probably finished with your employment.
Please enlighten me, which posts here are illegal? which posts could get the posters fired or in jail? I see a lot of misspelled words and frustration and a lot of truth too. Do you expect people come here to show their gratitude for being laid off?

-- Don't listen to the obvious Intel hired attorneys trying pull you in. Legal precedents has shown time after time the complainant must show you had physical access to the system. IP, MAC, JACK, HACK.....none of it matters if they have no proof. That's the facts.
@144332: It's a long established fact from copyright cases that an IP address does not uniquely map to a person, may be a hint etc. but not enough proof. And good luck with the MAC, you do know the scope of a MAC address right??? You must be one of the higly valued URM's that the company is so desperately seeking, incompetent for starters.
