Target India/Bangalore - Be grateful for people who provide job opportunities and thank them deep from your heart for helping you earn your bread/butter every day (and refrain from calling it peanuts). Do not complain, instead work in the betterment of organization - Your sincere and hard work can help in giving back to people who provided you an opportunity to work in the first place. Always do this check - what would you do if you were in US/MPLS citizen shoes when you see more and more foreign citizens come to work on daily basis. I will always be grateful to US irrespective of what advantage it provides to their country - Thank you very much US/MPLS
Target MPLS - You may feel that job are being taken away by Bangalore folks or through outsourcing. Remember : by loosing few jobs through offshoring/outsourcing if Target is able to create more stores and more sales then it will eventually end up creating lot more jobs compared to numbers outsourced or offshored. Also, in the global economy unless you leverage labor arbitrage you don't have the edge to face competition. This is the truth!
