NOV is going downhill just as fast as FMC. GE has been looking into acquiring FMC since the beginning of this year. Company and stock numbers look much better compared to NOV.

FMC is our target and has been for sometime now. I've heard from sources at WCH and PWC that it's in the works. But, who knows. These same sources were spot on with the layoff date for what it's worth

Nonsense! there is no corruption in the oil business.
In a hole and probably out of business. Weatherford and NOV won't ever merge especially after weatherford had all them huge fines they had to pay and were investigated for corruption.
Weather ford and NOV merge to become the no. 2 service provider.
